**Responsibilities**:
**As a Patient Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing the patients experience and requirements remotely on the phone. This will include understanding patient problems, Doctors advice, guiding patients about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions to be taken, post treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.**
- **Calling patients and providing personalized care to patients**
- **Understand patient profile & problem**
- **Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey**
- **Act as a point of contact for the patients**
- **Advise patients about the services offered through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition**
- **Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns**
- **Drive improvements in patient experience**
- **Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc**
- **Developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty**

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Care or relevant field
- Experience in medical office/clinic setting will be a bonus
- Open to a start-up environment
- 6 Days working

**Salary**: ₹12,660.07 - ₹35,854.24 per month
