**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot customer problems, identify solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with order inquiries, processing, and tracking. Ensure customers are informed about the status of their orders and shipments.
- **Customer Engagement**: Ensure a positive customer experience by being friendly, approachable, and proactive in addressing customer concerns.
- **Documentation**: Log all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions within the customer service management system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams to help improve services, products, and processes.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure that all follow-up actions are completed as promised, and customers are satisfied with the solutions provided.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure.

Pay: ₹9,724.19 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- US Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
