Location: Trichy

Weekly Off: Rotational

Budget: 4 LPA Experience : 1 Years

Education: Must have bachelor’s degree ,Preferred BTech / MBA /Masters in Education, etc.

Examination (JEE - Main & Advanced), and school/ board examinations including scholarship exams such as NTSE and Olympiads.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents.

2.Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution.

3.Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favourable learning environment for the student.

4.Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time. Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs.

5.Collaborate with ACAD and Non ACAD teams, to manage all class announcements, notice board maintenance & Parent Teacher Meeting Coordination.

6.Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

**Requirements**:
1.Experience in customer handling across industry.

2.Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner.

4.Fluency in English and Regional Language communication

5.Educational background in Sales or Education is preferred.

6.Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
