As the Access Administration Analyst, you will receive access requests of Users of the skill teams like Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR to ensure timely access grant for the Users. You will be responsible for collecting proper evidence to support various audits.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in access administration
- Basic analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to extrapolate insights from data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented, with ability to maintain accurate deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure timely access grant of appropriate access through the relevant systems
- Maintaining Detailed Logs of all access requests, grants, denials, and modifications for satisfying audit requirements from MCRP, GAO, and PWC Evidence
- Provide administrative support - Handle user inquiries and provide assistance on access-related issues
- Explore and implement any opportunities to automate the access granting process where appropriate
