Job Category General Management Degree Level Bachelor s Degree or equivalent This role requires a strong understanding of various applications and technologies a commitment to maintaining stringent access procedures and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve access-related issues efficiently The Supervisor will play a critical role in upholding a robust internal control environment ensuring compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Oversight Lead mentor and manage a team of Access Administration specialists overseeing daily deliverables and ensuring high-quality service Conduct performance reviews provide regular feedback and support the professional development of team members Access Management Operations Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate processing of access requests changes and revocations for various applications and technologies Ensure all access procedures are meticulously maintained and executed in strict adherence to information security policies ISP standards Stakeholder Engagement Support Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries working closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and provide effective resolutions Manage and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and application teams to facilitate smooth access provisioning and reviews Compliance Internal Controls Ensure a robust internal control environment is maintained within access administration processes to support compliance objectives Actively participate in and support internal and external audits including those conducted by the GAO PWC IC BDO by providing necessary documentation and evidence Identify potential control weaknesses and implement corrective actions to strengthen the overall security posture Issue Resolution Continuous Improvement Proactively monitor system and application access for anomalies or issues Take prompt corrective actions to resolve access queries and minimize disruption to business operations Benchmark metrics and industry best practices to continuously evaluate and improve access administration processes tools and service delivery Technical Acumen Possess and maintain basic knowledge of various enterprise applications and underlying technologies relevant to access management Qualifications BCA or MCA with minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience Preferably experience Ford legacy and IERP systems Flexible for Shifts Excellent communication Verbal and written
