**Job Roles and Responsibility**:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers (Linux and windows), and other hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring systems are running efficiently and reliably.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
- Maintain MPLS, ILL, SDWAN, LAN networks.
- Coordinate with vendors for service support.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Plan and implement upgrades to hardware, software, and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect data and systems in case of failure.
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
- Train users on how to use systems and software properly.
- Manage network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and protocols.
- Ensure network security and performance.
