**System Admin (CRM & Counseling Focus)**

We're an education consultancy seeking a **System Admin** who deeply understands the nuances of **counseling, study abroad programs**.
You will be the key person driving the efficient use of our **CRM system and academic counselor lead data**.
Your role will be to:
- **Administer and optimize our CRM**.
- **Manage, assign, and monitor all lead data**, ensuring efficient distribution and accurate tracking for our counselors.
- **Guide and empower counselors** by providing expert support, training, and best practices for CRM usage and lead management. You'll help them leverage the system to its full potential for counseling and student conversion.
- Ensure data integrity and generate actionable reports to enhance lead workflows.
- Assist with general IT support as needed.
We need someone with proven CRM administration experience, strong data management skills, and **a genuine understanding of the education Platform and counseling process**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
