**Designation: Senior Analyst**:
Preferred work exp: 2-8 years

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

**Role Description**:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality analytics projects across your client portfolio. Drive thought-leadership within the analytics team and help develop internal processes. Efficiently prioritise and manage multiple work streams at once, effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously self-educate in the dynamic digital marketing space. Work autonomously and as a team, efficiently managing time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to define their measurement strategies and drive data maturity and activation
- Liaise with client developers to implement on-site data layers that support our data collection activities
- Implement measurement strategies using tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium and Adobe Launch
- Support A/B testing build work using customer experience optimization tools such as Optimizely, Optimize and VWO
- Nurture client relationships and become a trusted extension of their business through ongoing communication. Present project outcomes and propose new work and technologies that will add value to client business
- Lead multi-functional delivery teams, providing motivation and support to ensure project objectives are met/exceeded, often across multiple concurrent projects
- Coach and help more junior members of the team, with line management responsibility for up to 4 people if desired (capacity/resource planning, development plans, performance reviews, coaching etc.)
- Stay updated on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques, processes, documentation, and quality assurance

**Qualifications/Certifications**:

- B.E/B.Tech
- Bachelors/Masters in Economics or Operations Research
- Experience with Adobe Launch and/or other tag management systems
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Mathematics/Statistics or similar will be an added advantage

**What are we looking for?**:

- Advanced knowledge of tracking and tagging for marketing and measurement
- Expert at implementing Adobe or Google Analytics and contributing to the discovery and design phases
- Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Tealium
- Able to delegate effectively, leading teams to deliver large web analytics projects. Experience managing or mentoring junior members of the team
- (preferred) Experience with website testing technologies such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe Target and knowledge of the wider Google Marketing Platform or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- (preferred) Top level knowledge of other MarTech/AdTech platforms with a passion for great User Experience (UX)
