Job Title: Tele sales Executive

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our print products or services.

2. Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print products.

3. Update customer information in the database.

4. Take and process orders accurately.

5. Tracking the entire sales cycle from order punching to delivery of printed products.

6. Keep a track of calls and sales.

7. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

8. A go-getter attitude and ability to handle rejection.

Skills & Capabilities:
1. Good Communication Skills.

2. Ability to interact well with Clients.

3. Knowledge in Sales.

4. Ability to work under pressure.
