**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Tele Sales Associate** to drive **lead conversion and sales** for our **B2C services.** Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, build relationships and convert leads into revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Identify and pursue business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- **Follow-ups & Retention**: Proactively follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- **Minimum 1 to 2 years** of experience in tele sales, business development, inside sales, or lead conversion.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive engagement and close deals.
- Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Experience in B2C sales or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
