- In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague._
- Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred_
- Responsibilities_
- _Collaborate with the team to ensure all month-end activities are completed accurately and on time, meeting the agreed critical metrics and SLA targets._
- _Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards._
- _Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the month-end close process to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth execution of tasks._
- _Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the team's performance._
- _Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support, ensuring successful audits and maintaining a high level of compliance._

- _CA / CMA Qualified (With B.Com at Graduation level)_
- _Relevant work experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Relevant work experience in General Ledger_
- _Very good written and verbal communication skills_
- _Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions_
