**Position Title**: Team Member - Outsourcing**

**Level: Junior**Management**

**Reporting To**:Lead - Outsourcing**

**Position Purpose**:

- Team Member - Outsourcing is responsible for strict monitoring of Raw material consumption, Yield, Output as per Budget, Quality as per Quality Plan, Periodic QA/ HSE audit as per plan.

**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Plan optimum use of available outsourcing facilities /circuits to ensure on time delivery of products / intermediates
- Report to Lead - Outsourcing (DGM - Manufacturing Strategy) on the status of Legal Compliance and apprise him of its implication on business

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Raw material planning for the campaign with outsourcing vendors
- P&ID development for outsourcing molecules
- Monitor safety & productivity parameters at Outsourcing facilities and inform Lead Outsouring on the same.
- Preparation of SOP and log sheets for Outsourcing molecules
- Circuits decontamination data monitoring
- Commissioning of outsourcing facilities
- Daily report preparation
- Production data monitoring
- Daily quality and yield data monitoring
- Analysis of the data to find out variation in yield & quality if any
- New ideas generation for yield improvement
- Lab trial planning for new ideas
- Report preparation of Lab trials.
- Lab trial planning for ongoing issues related to yield, quality and productivity
- Getting Root Cause Analysis done
- Audit report pending point compliance
- Periodic QA/HSE audit and reconciliation after each campaign

**Education Qualification**:

- B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

**Work Experience**:

- 8-14 years of supervisory experience preferably in a Chemicals Manufacturing Plant

- Experience in managing Production at Outsourcing vendors
- Strong technical knowledge to provide guidance to team members/juniors
- Ability to understand and solve various kinds of plant related problems
