- Agreement Based & Manual Coupon / wallet Management for Indirect and Direct customers
- Month End Activities
- MIS Preparation and circulations related Coupon / Wallet Activities
- Audit compliance
- Title: Executive - Order to Cash
- Function: Finance
- Work Location: Business Shared Services, Brigade Magnum Office, Bangalore
- Job Responsibilities:

- PFP Management- Releasing of wallet / coupons within SLA timelines post validations as per process for both system generated and manual
- Ensuing of Happy calling to all PFP customers from calling team and ensure circulation of exceptions to Zones fortnightly & streamlining the process more effectively Timely creation Secondary pricing basis the Zone requests and approvals
- Support operations in reduction of Unredeemed PFP Coupons / wallets AGED > 5 months
- Support Operations in reduction of Expired Coupon / Wallet vs Last Year by 50%
- Timely closure of the operational issues time to time. Ensure to respond to the calls from business and provide immediate resolutions
- Month Closing Activity- Month Closing activities Within Closing Timeline
- Monthly provisions are booked properly and ensure the communications to zones on expired coupons for provision
- Validation of system wallet generated values
- MIS Circulation & Audit Compliance- PFP Related Informatic MIS to Zones
- PFP Related ANALYTICS to Zones
- Ensure the Compliance in all audits and ensure the MAP given with timelines
- Ensuring of no wallets / coupons consumed which are not released from FSS

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications: B. Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
- Preferred experience in handling OTC in Manufacturing Industry

Functional Skills:
- Strong in accounting & Taxation
- Strong in Excel and System
- Strong drive for results
- High degree of focus on delivering result
- Travel: 5 %
