- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in HCM modules of Fusion HCM Cloud
- At least end to end implementations of Fusion HCM Cloud modules
- Experienced in designing complex solutions in Fusion HCM Cloud
- Ability to multi-task on enhancements and support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally at different levels

- Fusion - Compensation Workbench
- Fusion - Payroll
- Fusion - OTL
- Fusion - Absence Management
- Fusion - Global HCM
- Fusion SAAS /E-Business Technical
- PL/SQL

**Primary Skills**:
