Expert Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Specialist

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation, configuration and support of Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional business processes and technical capabilities to design and develop solutions that meet our business requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
- Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and Absence Management.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have experience in implementing and supporting OTL functionalities and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
