Expert Techno Functional HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled technologist to provide expert-level guidance on business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM modules and have hands-on experience in leading teams and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM modules and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and SaaS/Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, Web Services, Rest APIs, FBDI/HDL/HCM Extracts/HSDL, OIC Integrations/Interfaces
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Fast Formula
- Experience working with multiple SaaS Modules/applications
