**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Display**:

- Arranging and pricing products in-store, ensuring they are visually appealing and accessible to customers.
- Rotating products regularly to maintain freshness and ensure a timely sales cycle.

**2. Shelf Maintenance**:

- Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
- Order new stock (PO) when products are out of stock to ensure shelves are always well-stocked.

**3. Communication**:

- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations.

**4. POSM Execution**:

- Implement and manage Point of Sale Material (POSM) in stores to support promotions and marketing activities.

**5. Offers and Schemes Execution**:

- Ensure the execution of offers and schemes at the store level, making sure customers are informed and the promotions are prominently displayed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred)
- Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with suppliers, store teams, and customers
- Ability to spot and fix discrepancies in product displays and shelf arrangements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks such as restocking, display updates, and coordinating with different teams
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with store teams and other departments
- Awareness of current merchandising trends and customer preferences
