Presentation & Creative Services Designer

We’re looking for a Presentation & Creative Services Designer to elevate our visual communications across executive decks, marketing collateral, event content, and more.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote that align with our brand and enhance narrative clarity
- Translate technical and abstract content into simple, visually compelling slides and infographics
- Adapt and create supporting marketing assets, such as one-pagers, fact sheets, event collateral, and social graphics
- Work within brand guidelines and templates, while knowing when and how to stretch them
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, content, and design teams to bring ideas to life
- Balance quick-turn requests and larger creative projects, delivering high-quality output on tight deadlines
- Maintain visual consistency across materials and contribute to evolving the visual system as needed
- Support design QA and file preparation for final delivery across formats and platforms

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in presentation design or visual communications, ideally with time in fast-paced agency or in-house environments supporting executive and high-impact content
- Mastery of PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma preferred
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling, layout design, and an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution—structuring abstract ideas into polished, strategic visual narratives
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions—comfortable shaping content and direction, not just executing on it
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Bonus: familiarity with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or fintech
