As a Business Presentation Designer, you will turn complex data into compelling visuals that capture the audience's attention and inspire action. **Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in designing business collateral, with a preference for consulting firm experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to present complex information with clarity and style.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and data visualization software. A keen understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset balanced with business acumen. A passion for storytelling through visuals and an ability to engage audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create persuasive sales decks that attract and engage potential clients.
- Design case studies that turn client success stories into meaningful testimonials.
- Produce campaign assets that effectively capture attention and spark creativity.
- Develop templates to elevate the design standards of team presentations. Transform data into compelling visual stories through effective visualizations. Design event materials that ensure our presence is memorable and impactful.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide expert solutions.
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements. Contribute to internal design standards and best practices for the team.

**Key Skills**:

- Expertise in visual storytelling and conveying complex data intuitively. Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong skills in typography, layout design, and color theory. Ability to create engaging presentations that effectively communicate messages.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
- Team-oriented mindset with exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and innovative approach.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
