UX Designer

We are now looking for a UX designer with 3+ years of experience to join KONE Design department based in Pune, India.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and visual designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research: Perform user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Develop user personas: Create user personas based on research findings to represent target user groups and guide design decisions.
- Design user interfaces: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows, interactions, and visual design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the seamless integration of user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design concepts and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Iterate and refine: Continuously iterate on design concepts based on feedback, user testing results, and data analysis to optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and effective design solutions.
- Passion to design visually appealing user interfaces with global symbols and excellent icon design. Ability to understand the meaning of symbols and icons in GUI context.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe creative cloud tools or similar software.
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
- Experience conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with data-driven design, A/B testing, and user analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
