**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Management**:

- Manage and update product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Instagram, and Facebook Shops.
- Ensure product inventory syncs across platforms (Google Shopping, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Link WooCommerce products to marketplace platforms and affiliate marketing programs.

**Paid Ads Management**:

- Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ads, and Instagram campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Design and run promotional campaigns for offers, discounts, and trending products.
- Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-click and increase conversions.

**SEO & Content Optimization**:

- Implement SEO strategies for improved website ranking and organic traffic.
- Optimize product descriptions, meta tags, and content for search engines.
- Research and incorporate trending keywords for e-commerce platforms.

**WhatsApp Business & Bulk Messaging**:

- Manage WhatsApp Business Catalog and automate customer interactions using bots.
- Execute bulk WhatsApp messaging campaigns for promotions and updates.

**Market Analysis & Data Reporting**:

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Create detailed sales performance reports using advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Provide insights from data to improve product performance and customer engagement.

**Preferred Skills & Responsibilities**:
**Creative Content & Visuals**:

- Design promotional banners, ads, and posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Regularly update website visuals with trending products and engaging layouts.
- Set up and manage automations using tools like Zapier for seamless operations.
- Integrate WhatsApp Bots for customer interaction and lead generation.
- Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking and analytics tools.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills, including landing page design and funnel optimization.
- Remarketing & Retargeting
- Knowledge of other Paid Media Platforms
- Creative & Strategic Thinking

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Any UG or PG degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in e-commerce, paid advertising, or digital marketing.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Expertise in WhatsApp Business, bulk messaging tools, and automation.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis).
- Creativity in designing visuals using Canva or similar tools.

**Passion to Learn**: Even if you lack certain skills, you must demonstrate a strong passion for learning new tools quickly and implementing them effectively.
