**Background**
My Turf Hospitality Private Limited offers world-class shared accommodation facilities to students and working professionals under the brand name “Tribe”. Incorporated in January 2018 and promoted by a senior real estate veteran (20+ years of experience), Mr. Yogesh Mehra, after a long stint with some of the biggest developers in India. Tribe has successfully launched multiple projects in Pune & Mumbai with Pune being its flagship property. Currently, Tribe is looking to expand to multiple cities and areas across Metros, universities and student cities. Tribe is also aggressively expanding into Co-Living and On-Campus accommodation.
**Job Brief**
We, at Tribe Stays, are URGENTLY looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Specific Duties**:
Under the leadership of Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to book with us
- Using sales scripts/trainings proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer queries/rejections.
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
- Accurately recording details of customers’ details in various databases maintained in
ERP and on various google sheets or any other place as needed in future.
- Documenting business proposals and contracts for each client acquisition
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Drive client acquisition through word-of-mouth, direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing teams to generate leads
- Indulge in various networking activities to connect with professionals that might end up being prospective clients
- Maintaining long term meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them
- Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, college events etc.
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs, current market trends for our industry to identify enhancements, if any and to analyze the competition in detail.
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results. Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages as per client and company needs.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address customer complaints
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
**Qualification, Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹40,402.39 per month
