**Key Responsibilities**:
** Lead Generation**:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce industries within India and the UAE.
- Utilize various lead generation channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
** Sales Outreach**:
- Effectively communicate our software solutions' value proposition and benefits to key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the suitability of our software.
** Appointment Setting**:
- Schedule online or in-person product demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless demo experiences.
** Product Demonstrations**:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting our software's features and advantages.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively.
- Tailor presentations to meet specific client needs and requirements.
** Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sales issues promptly.
** Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Proven experience (6+ months) in B2B software sales, preferably in the logistics or courier sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi or Arabic would be a strong advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Target-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
