PropReturns is the largest real estate investment marketplace in India. In under 2 years of operations, we have over 16,000+ real estate investors and over 800+ assets on the marketplace. Last year, PropReturns witnessed the closure of 1 commercial real estate transaction every 8 days through our marketplace. We at PropReturns have now set up an office leasing vertical and are looking to build the founding team to scale this vertical.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Writing long-form and short-form blogs and articles on the Commercial Real Estate niche
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, newsletters, and case studies)
- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems (Substack, Strapi, Medium)
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publishing
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Optimize website content adhering to the latest SEO trends
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team to create infographics
- Maintain consistency in the tone of writing throughout all the content pieces
- Get involved in different projects for executing

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications/journalism/advertising/Arts or any other with relevant experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to write different content pieces (broadcast messages, newsletters, ads, etc.)
- Ability to switch tones in different pieces of content with creativity
- Excellent research skills
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills

**NOTE**: Compensation based on experince and skills.
