TO ENSURE QUALITY OF METAL FINISH PARTS OF SUPPLIER PARTS AS PER DEFINED STANDARDS THROUGH INSPECTION & CLOSURE OF IDENTIFIED GAPS IN ORDER TO DELIVER PRODUCT QUALITY TO MEET INTERNAL EXTERNAL CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

**Key Responsibilities**:

- TO ENSURE INSPECTION OF METAL FINISH PARTS AS PER RELATED STANDARD THROUGH DWM CHECK SHEET TO OVER COME LINE & MARKET COMPLAINTS
- TO REDUCE INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS THRU FOCUS ON PARTS QUALITY TO SATISFY CUSTOMER
- TO IMPROVE PARTS QUALITY THRU PLANNED QUALITY ASSURANCE VISITS & SUPPORT IN TROUBLE SHOOTING TO RECEIVE DEFECT FREE PRODUCT
- TO ENSURE CLOSURE OF PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES THRU VALIDATION & VERIFICATION OF ANALYSIS & ACTIONS TAKEN BY SUPPLIERS TO RECEIVE DEFECT FREE PRODUCTS
- SUPPORT IN DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MODEL PARTS, MULTISOURCING, OFFLOADING OF METAL FINISH PARTS TO GET DEFECT FREE PRODUCT FROM Ist DAY ONWARDS
