**Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development**:

- Design and develop curriculum content for Commerce NET courses.
- Create engaging and effective learning materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assessments.
- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Conduct interactive and informative classes for Commerce NET students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help students excel in their studies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- **Research and Stay Updated**:

- Integrate relevant research findings into course content.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer academic support through additional tutorials, Q&A sessions, and mentorship.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Postgraduate degree in Commerce (Ph.D. preferred).
- NET qualification in Commerce.
- **Teaching Experience**:

- Familiarity with the NET examination process.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- **Passion for Education**:

- Demonstrated commitment to fostering student success.
- Enthusiasm for staying engaged with evolving educational practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
