Commerce Faculty

**Responsibilities**:

- _Structuring the course under the supervision of the ID lead and developing lesson plans in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the University (IGNOU)._
- _Conceptualizing the flow of lectures, visualizing the instructional design and designing presentations for the lectures._
- _Putting together adequate multimedia content to enhance engagement, as well as activities that promote learning of concepts._
- _Deliver finished components (PowerPoint presentation, tests, notes etc for each lesson) for verification with the Instructional Design lead and Course Coordinator._
- _Delivering lectures within the prescribed timeframe; each lecture may be around 30 mins long)._
- _Keeping tabs on the assignments prescribed by the University and disseminating these as and when associated portions of the syllabus is covered._
- _Organizing and maintaining the program documentation and course folders._
- _Identifying learner needs in conversation with Academic Mentors and others in the academic team, and incorporating necessary practices._
- _Conduct doubt clearing sessions at the end of every block._
- _Reporting issues, feedback and insights to the Course Coordinator._

**Remuneration**: _Rs. 20,000/- for 2 months_

**Work Duration**: _20 - 25 Hours per week for 2 months_

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
