**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**:Ankurhati Industrial Park, NH-6, Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal
The Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient sales operations. The role involves managing order processing, customer communication, and administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**
- Coordinate and assist the sales team in meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Follow up with clients on pending quotations, payments, and inquiries.
**Order Management**
- Process customer orders accurately in the system and track their progress through to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate product availability to the sales team.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, delivery, or billing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
- Address complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM or ERP system.
- Schedule and organize sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare internal communications and assist with marketing campaigns when required.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure smooth payment processing and credit checks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product promotions and campaigns.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain workflows.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Experience in handling export documentation and compliance (if applicable).
