**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Porur, Chennai (In-house position)

**Company**: Thenmozhi Designs - A Homegrown E-commerce Clothing Business

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Work Hours**: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 6 days a week

**Salary**: INR 20,000 per month

Thenmozhi Designs is a steadily expanding homegrown e-commerce clothing business, offering a wide range of traditional and affordable apparels. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and exceptional customer service to our growing base of loyal customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Address and resolve product or service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update the customer database.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to customer inquiries.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
