**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Quotation & Invoice Preparation**:
- Prepare **Proforma Invoices** and **Photo Quotations** as per client requirements.
- Maintain quotation records and follow up with clients for confirmation or revisions.
- **Dispatch & Coordination**:
- Provide **dispatch details** to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with **factory or production teams** for order status, dispatch schedules, and material readiness.
- **Documentation & Communication**:
- Maintain proper filing of documents (digital and physical).
- **Accounts Support**:
- Basic knowledge of **Tally ERP** for entry of quotations, invoices, and follow-up on payments.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and record maintenance.
- **Administrative & Excel Work**:
- Prepare **Excel reports** for quotations, dispatch status, and customer tracking.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of company information.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- Knowledge of **Tally ERP** (basic entries, invoice creation, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Pay: ₹8,858.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
