Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation & Invoice Preparation
- Prepare Proforma Invoices and Photo Quotations as per client requirements.
- Maintain quotation records and follow up with clients for confirmation or revisions.
- Dispatch & Coordination
- Provide dispatch details to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with factory or production teams for order status, dispatch schedules, and material readiness.
- Documentation & Communication
- Draft professional letters, emails, and reports as required.
- Maintain proper filing of documents (digital and physical).
- Accounts Support
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP for entry of quotations, invoices, and follow-up on payments.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and record maintenance.
- Administrative & Excel Work
- Prepare Excel reports for quotations, dispatch status, and customer tracking.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP (basic entries, invoice creation, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
