**Position Overview**:
As a Direct Sales Representative at Tutopia pvt.ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our suite of educational technology products and services, understanding the unique needs of each customer, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. **Key Responsibilities**:.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all their educational technology needs.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Both Freshers and Experienced are eligible.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salaty: 10k to 12k per month + Incentives
