**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Work with Talent Brand to build a strategy for getting our name out on campus through internal/external events, career fairs, hackathons, etc.
- Partner with Leadership on building an alumni network within Cohesity and other tactics to build our brand
- Grow our internship program strategy, working in tandem with University requirements and schedules
- Responsible for the intern experience from first point of contact to the extension of full time offers, including onboarding and summer engagement programs
- Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on hiring standard methodologies

**What You Will Bring Along**:

- BS degree or equivalent and 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years of experience focused on building out University Hiring programs
- Proven track record of success in developing a University program from the ground up.
- Experience building an intern and new grad experience, including onboarding, engagement programs, feedback loops that influence planning, and marketing to interns before, during, and after their program.
- Experience in building a strong brand that enables a company to be seen as an employer of choice amongst the University students
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Accountability with a focus on driving outcomes
- Ability to multi-task and adeptly prioritize
- Proactive learner with desire to take on new challenges
