Job Opening - Sales and Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Operations
Coordinator at Brick by Brick Properties.

Brick by Brick Properties is a family owned real estate consultancy that is assisted by the expertise of Nitin
Ajwani, a veteran in the real estate industry and Abhishek Ajwani, an Architect experienced in development of residential, commercial and institutional projects.

We expect nothing short of an enthusiastic and motivated individual, one who can assist in making our work at
Brick by Brick Properties organized and streamlined. The following list is a brief list of Key Responsibilities that is under the purview of - Sales and Operations Coordinator.

1. Office Management:

- Efficiently manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Organize office tasks, set agendas, and meet deadlines independently under the supervision of the business owner.

2. Client Communication:

- Conduct regular client calls, including sales, inspection, and follow-up calls, ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating seamless real estate transactions.

3. Data Management:

- Update Excel documents daily, maintaining accurate inventory and client lists for streamlined business operations.

4. Customer Assistance:

- Assist homebuyers by providing comprehensive information, arranging property viewings, and addressing inquiries to enhance their buying experience. This would also include making field visits to homes as required

5. Online Research:

- Conduct thorough real estate online research, supporting the business in staying updated with market trends and opportunities.

You will be working collaboratively in a Co-Working space in Andheri West.
Experience - No bar
We offer a monthly remuneration of 15000+ per month (based on skill level) with prospects of a bonus post probation period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:
