**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- **Sales Planning**: Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Travel**: Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers and prospects regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Manufacturing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanor

**Preferred Qualifications**:
