**Role Overview**

As a **Biomedical Research Intern**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product team by researching scientific and clinical insights that can be mapped to real-world features. Your ability to analyze research papers, physiological parameters, and medical literature will directly influence the development and validation of health monitoring functionalities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and interpret research papers and clinical studies related to vital signs such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), SpO2, body temperature, stress, sleep cycles, and more.
- Extract and summarize relevant biomedical data to assist the core hardware/firmware/software teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to map physiological signals to sensor-based implementations.
- Validate scientific accuracy and medical relevance of proposed features.
- Contribute to technical documentation, feature specs, and health parameter justifications.

**Preferred Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Biomedical Engineering**, or a dual specialization in **Life Sciences + Technology**.
- Strong interest in wearable healthcare devices and digital health technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret scientific literature and translate it into actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of sensors, signal processing, or human physiology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to convey research findings clearly to interdisciplinary teams.
