**About the Role**

ANCONS International LLC is seeking a motivated **Bioinformatics Intern** with a strong academic background in bioinformatics to support ongoing projects in biomedical data science, genomics, and healthcare informatics. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain **hands-on experience with real-world datasets, AI-driven analytics, and international collaborations** in healthcare and biotechnology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the analysis of **genomics, proteomics, and biomedical datasets**.
- Support pipeline development for sequence alignment, annotation, and variant analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in **healthcare data science and AI-driven biomedical research**.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and presentation of project results.

**Qualifications**
- **Required**: MSc in Bioinformatics (completed or final-year student).
- Strong understanding of **molecular biology, genetics, and computational biology concepts**.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics databases (e.g., NCBI, Ensembl, UniProt) and tools (BLAST, Clustal, etc.).
- Basic experience in programming languages such as **Python, R, or Perl**.
- Exposure to next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.
