Job Description: Frontline Sales Executive - Nephrology Segment

**Location**: Mumbai
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Knowledge and Assistance**: Understand and communicate detailed product information to customers, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Partnership**: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers by providing solutions tailored to their nephrology-related needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Drive the sales of nephrology products within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, developing new accounts, and maintaining existing ones.
- **Territory Coverage**: Ensure excellent coverage of the assigned territory, developing a strategic plan to maximize customer outreach and sales.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers by providing continuous support, advice, and counseling on product use and benefits.
- **Customer Queries**: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and credit terms, ensuring that all customer requirements are met effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies and other relevant bodies, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Travel**: Be prepared to travel extensively across India to meet with customers and cover the designated territory.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is preferred, with experience in the Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry considered an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Pharma Packaging or Medical Devices industry, particularly in nephrology-related products, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Highly focused, goal-oriented, and able to think critically to ensure project success.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings and territory management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
