Most important, is your being reachable at all times, even outside office hours. You will work in India time-zone, but it is important you understand that you will be catering to the Team and Clients in different time zones, hence attention to communication is very sensitive and important. Remember you act as an internal problem-solver with high-efficiency so nothing is missed. Very strong system learning and ability to grasp technical details, and retain them. Sharp attention to minute details is a must. Ability to pick up product knowledge. **Responsibilities** - Respond, Respond, Respond in a Timely Manner. - Followup with the Warehouse, Followup with Internal Team - and then Communicate to the Customer. - Followup on Payments, Order Confirmations. Especially COD (Cash On Delivery Orders). Unfullfilled Orders. - Speak to the Internal Operations Staff, Warehouse Staff, Customer, And Logistics Company Staff, and arrive at issues on broken pieces, missing pieces, wrongly sent pieces etc. - Ability to follow up and track Logistics. - Update link daily on Google Sheets, or Internal CRM/Project Tracker. - Followup with internal members based on tasks and projects assigned, so there is no time gap. - Upload Images and Product Descriptions to the Web system (detail is important here). - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; the ability to understand and use data to make decisions. - Strong English Writing Skills who understands details and thorough data capturing before sending out messages. Highly organized with attention to detail. - Strong time management skills, including time-tracking. - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Must be Inventory Management Expert and have a very strong Analytical and Accounting Mind. - Must be able to Multi-task very easily and smoothly. - Must have a very organized mind set to execute projects. - Honesty, Transparency, and Hardwork is key. - Keeping Data Confidential. - Be Technology Savvy. - Shopify experience would be essential. - Troubleshoot with inventory software company to insure our inventory is visible. - Should be good at filling up subscriptions and creating new accounts different portals, be organized to store data in proper folders (that are correctly named). - Organize Data on Dropbox (in correct folders) from all devices and computers **Communication Management (Followup)**: - Be on Top of all Projects + Products at all times. - Be in touch with the Warehouse at all times. - Warehouse Level Coordination to check continuously: for Orders Not Sent Out; Orders Not Returned; Damaged Items etc. so resolution is put in place immediately. - Courier Services Coordination: and get latest updates and communicate to our internal Operations Team and also Client, so information gaps are closed and issues are resolved. - Update trackers daily - for management review.. Respond to clients on queries daily (same day queries). **Inventory Stock Management**: - Insure Counting of Stock Pieces done at Warehouse level are in accordance with our actual pieces sent to them, or returned by the Customer. - To match monies for COD Orders (Cash-On-Delivery) with the pieces sold. This is highly responsible and detail-oriented position so accounting mindset is essential. - Every 2 weeks you need to perform an audit on the inventory across all warehouses and tally notes, so that we have clean inventory data across our warehouses. - Check Low Inventory Stock (and report it to Management). You need to pull reports and use other tools to be on top of this, so system is fail proof. - Work with Inventory Specialist to understand and resolve issues with stock that customer is facing. - Call Cash on Delivery (COD-Customer) before delivery is scheduled + after courier goes to their premises for delivery, so we avoid bogus-orders, so that the delivery gets completed 100% of the time - Upload New-Products (Stock) to Inventory System. - Check Daily Sales And Dispatches. Understand Issues Clients are facing (and resolve them before the day ends). We work on same day resolutions. - Upload Inventory into the System and Follow System protocols (and communicate with the Warehouse to insure they are received by them). - Incase of Returns - insure return is properly completed and showing correctly in the system. - Study Report - so low stocks are "highlighted" to the correct team so it can be re-ordered. - Plan on what will come on the website in terms of deals/ offers per week/ per month.. Manage pricing across the website. - You will update 'failed' order + 'unfulfilled' order and rectify it within the system and with the warehouse so it is dispatched.
