**Job Title**: E-Commerce Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative **E-Commerce Executive** to manage our online store operations and product listings, while also supporting marketing and brand visuals through graphic design. This role combines **digital store management** with **basic creative design skills** to enhance our product presentation and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Operations**
- Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.
- Upload and update product details, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order dispatch.

**Graphic Design & Content**
- Create/edit product images, banners, and promotional creatives for e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to create seasonal campaigns and special offers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in e-commerce operations.
- **Proficiency in basic graphic design tools** (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
