**Project** Description**:
The Change Management team is responsible for the planning and delivery of the strategic Change portfolio. The Change delivery portfolio is delivered across 8 key regional portfolios of work (Front Office, and Back Office which includes: Regulatory Compliance & Operations, Finance, Risk & Data, Human Resources, Technology, and Planning).
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivering the Change Management Delivery Assurance “service”, which includes policy and lifecycle process definition, training and communications, delivery assurance of projects.
- Work closely with in-line PMO’s to ensure end of phase reviews and other assurance requirements are completed within PLC framework tolerances
- Interfacing with other corporate governance / compliance teams to align CHG processes to their frameworks
- SOX reporting (Finance)
- Internal audit liaison and action closure
- Reporting on Assurance Gate Process - provide updates from delivery assurance to PMO & CHG executive
- Set up Assurance Gate meetings with key stakeholders, capture meeting minutes and follow up on actions to meet required deadlines.
- You will attend meetings with the relevant teams and work in between with points of contact in HQ to propose and syndicate the solutions to requests using your Planview, CHG data model and Excel reporting skillset.
- Support our regular process of continuous improvement by updating a central data store with all CI suggestions / any items arising from Assurance Gate meetings / actions if there is a pattern of issues
**Skills**:
Must have
- Experienced and well versed individuals with 1st hand expertise in similar roles within Banking/financial services with the focus on project stage gate reviews from a governance perspective
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Delivery Assurance or PMO function with a focus on Project Governance and Control
- Strong individual who is capable of challenging accuracy when required and provide support to Project manager and PMO teams
- Knowledge of Project Lifecycle Framework and experienced in managing project stage-gate for waterfall projects
- In terms of Project Audit experience : good understanding of the importance of the accuracy and completeness of evidence gathering is required to ensure internal audits needs are evidence and closed.
- Analytically minded
- able to analyze data and find out discrepancies proactively
- Ability to create reports from large datasets and interpret results
- Project Administrative Tasks like setting up of meetings, taking of minutes and follow up on completion of actions.
- Good communication, assertive and analytical

- Banking Experience
- Experience of supporting -mainly Waterfall project
- Experience with SOX (very desired)
