PMO Analyst

PMO Specialist + Business Analyst – Drug Launch Programs (Pharma)

Job location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities-:

· Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and templates.

· Establish best practices for project execution, monitoring, and reporting.

· Standardize and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency across teams.

· Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking project progress and performance.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership to provide insights on project health, risks, and milestones.

· Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and timelines.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.

· Lead regular project review meetings with teams to discuss project progress, challenges, and risks.

· Identify potential risks in project execution and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

· Provide coaching, training, and support to project managers and team members on project management tools and best practices.

· Ensure that all projects have appropriate documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year in an operational or process improvement role.
• Minimum experience of 1 year in business understanding of Drug Launch.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and optimizing project operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in drug launch planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
