Job Description: Overseas Counselor (Sales)

*Location:* Bangalore, India

*Experience:* Minimum 1 to 3 years in overseas counseling or sales, preferably in the education or ed tech industry.

*Job Type:* Full-time, Work from Office

*Working Hours:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week

*Salary:* Up to 6 LPA + Medical Benefits and other compensations

*Immediate Joiner Required:* Within 1 week of selection

*Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable courses.

2. Provide information about USDC Global's online learning programs, features, and benefits to potential students through various communication channels.

3. Meet sales targets by effectively converting leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and follow-up.

4. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational advancements to effectively position USDC Global's courses in the market.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Proven experience in counseling or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with ed tech platforms and online learning environments is preferred.

*Selection Process:*

The selection process will consist one virtual interviews.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
