**Urgently looking for Soft Skill Trainer for a reputed Automobile Dealership**

**SALES TRAINER: PROFILE SYNOPSIS**

**Salary: 75k -80K/ based on existing salary**

**Location: Andheri (Includes Travelling to all Workshops in Mumbai and Pune)**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the entire gamut of activities involved in organizing & conducting training session’s i.e. sales training which involve product briefing, sales techniques and tools, etc.
- Determining sales efficiency on the basis of achieved business volume and accordingly conduct training sessions to educate the associates about the end to end sales transition (SOPs as defined ) and fulfill the knowledge gap.
- Supporting sales team in client engagement, by reviewing the associate’s sales performance and providing appropriate feedback to enhance the efficiency level.
- Evaluating result whilst providing associates feedback as per organization standards, analyzing areas of improvements and implementing strategic measures to overcome them.
- Providing training to the new joiner & refresher trainings for bottom quartiles to educate them about the sales process & parameters, sales techniques and customer care skills.
- Monitoring the training & development progress of every role -holder in sales team in coordination with the dealership HRD.Ensuring certification of every product module and preparing gap analysis reports as well as continuous feedback on sales operations.
- Providing both management appropriate feedback and monthly reports on analysis and performance and thereby recommending action plans for sales improvement.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
