The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, or services of the company. This role involves managing campaigns, conducting market research, creating promotional content, and coordinating marketing efforts across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotions to engage target audiences.
- Maintain the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with external partners, influencers, or media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the development of budgets and track marketing expenditures.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing reports and presentations for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess campaign performance.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in an office environment or remotely, depending on company policies.
- Some travel may be required for events or campaigns.
- Work hours are generally standard, with occasional flexibility needed for campaign deadlines or events.

Pay: ₹9,340.12 - ₹22,630.51 per month
