**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement and Consultation**:

- Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding wedding and event services.
- Schedule consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event requirements.
- Provide guidance on venue selection, event themes, vendor recommendations, and services offered.
- **Sales and Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present customized proposals and packages to meet client expectations and secure bookings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for weddings and events.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist clients in planning and designing their events, ensuring attention to detail and flawless execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., catering, décor, and logistics) and external vendors (e.g., florists, photographers) to meet client requirements.
- Ensure all logístical details, timelines, and payments are managed effectively.
- **Customer Service and Satisfaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales and event process.
- Handle client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and to foster ongoing relationships.
- **Market Research and Promotion**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in weddings and event planning.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote services and attract new business.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed records of client communications, contracts, and payments.
- Assist in managing event timelines and budget tracking.
- Prepare event-related documentation, including contracts, quotes, and invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, event planning, or wedding coordination (experience in the hospitality or event industry is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with event management tools is a plus).
- **Attributes**:

- Energetic, positive, and driven personality with a passion for event planning and weddings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client schedules.

**Work Environment**:

- The position may require travel to venues and client meetings.
- Some evening and weekend work is necessary, especially during peak wedding seasons.
