- Position reports to- Line Manager- Direct reports- Line Manager- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary position

Objectives
- To achieve faster turnaround of trucks and containers
- Ensuring proper documentation related to customers,
- Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship.
- Ensuring proper delivery (Grade wise, Article wise).
- Ensuring proper record for stock and billing.
- Ensuring correct bill of labour contractor.

Ensuring Operational KPI of warehouse Operation's are achieved.- Position impact- Customer satisfaction Operational requirements- Warehouse Operational Safety Inter/Intra/External dept communication and relationships- Key responsibilities- Mention proper DSO containers inventory ( loaded, Empty and damage)
- To check the inventories allotted by Customer
- Mention proper stock part wise and grade wise.
- Mention proper record for DSO and Cabotage containers with party wise. And interact with transport for delivery.
- To interact with transport dept for deployment of Vehicles as per plan for customer stuffing.
- To interact with Exim warehouse for interchange the stock from EXIM warehouse to DSO warehouse.
- Stock report to their customer.
- Maximum utilization space.
- To interact with FCI Go-down in-charges for smooth stuffing operations.
- To check & verify the stuffing quantities jointly with Customer rep.
- To maintain records for all Container stuffing Rake wise.
- DSO W/H container destuffing ,stuffing, Loose loading with coordination with customers and KAM’s.( Time Bound; DO Validity to be kept in mind).
- After destuffing of loaded containers in W/H handover to customer
- Managing of Labour and equipment deployment in Warehouse
- Implementation and compliance of DP World Safety in warehouse

Maintaining records of labor for CLMS compliance**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
- Qualification - Graduate / Experience - Minimum -3 years.
- To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as Software.
