As part of our used car division, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **True Value Evaluator** to strengthen our team and ensure accurate and fair vehicle assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect used vehicles (both customer and dealer inventory) for condition, damage, and service history.
- Evaluate and determine fair market value based on mechanical, electrical, bodywork condition, and documentation.
- Use tools, test drives, and digital systems (DMS/CRM) to carry out precise inspections and pricing.
- Prepare evaluation reports and communicate pricing clearly with customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and insurance departments for smooth vehicle procurement or resale.
- Assist in negotiating deals with customers and dealers based on evaluation reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all evaluated vehicles and follow up for potential purchases.
- Keep updated with market pricing trends, demand, and competition in the used vehicle segment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in used car evaluation or similar role in the automobile industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of different car makes, models, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using vehicle inspection tools, software, and Excel reports.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in vehicle inspection or evaluation.
- Experience working with brands like Maruti Suzuki True Value, Mahindra First Choice, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM tools.
