Inward Executive (Fresher)

**Location**: Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat

**Salary**: Up to ₹13,000 per month

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inward Executive to join our team at our Kamrej, Surat location. As an Inward Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the inward logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or packing slips. Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Record and maintain accurate inventory records. Update stock levels in the inventory management system. Coordinate with the warehouse team to organize and store materials appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain detailed logs and records of all received goods. Ensure proper documentation and filing of receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of goods. Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment details and schedules.
- Perform quality checks on received goods to ensure compliance with company standards. Report any non-conformance or quality issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inward logistics and inventory management. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**: Familiarity with inventory management software is an added advantage. Basic understanding of supply chain management principles.

**Work Hours**: Morning 09:00 AM To Evening 06:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
