**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inward Logistics**:

- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods and materials.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all inward transactions, including quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming shipments.

**Computer Operations**:

- Utilize inventory management and logistics software to input and track incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring data is updated in real-time.
- Generate reports on inventory status, incoming shipments, and other key metrics.

**Data Management**:

- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely information is recorded.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to inward operations.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data management systems.

**Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding inward logistics and inventory inquiries.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate the smooth movement of goods.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners regarding delivery schedules and issues.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management for resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced office and warehouse setting with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work.
